Our pickles are traditionally vegan, but they our pickles are made with sugar filtered with bone char. So our pickles may not be considered vegan by all.

Our pickles are made traditionally, by combining a signature blend of spices, kosher salt, and sugar with distilled white vinegar and cold filtered water, heating, and pouring the mixture over crisp sliced cucumbers, garlic cloves, and other aromatics.
